The Soledad House is San Diego′s premier residential drug and alcohol rehab emphasizing relapse prevention treatment for women suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. Our upscale yet affordable substance-abuse and relapse prevention program, incorporating both traditional and integrative therapies, was developed and is supported by a highly credentialed staff from prominent facilities including the McDonald Center.
We offer an intimate and safe recovery home environment encouraging women to live a life free from the bondage of addictions to all mind-altering substances and behaviors including, but not limited to:

About Our Program
Soledad House is a Zero-Tolerance Facility: We rigorously drug test to create the safest and healthiest environment; no resident has ever tested positive for drugs and/or alcohol without being immediately transitioned outside of our community.
Residents typically spend 90 days plus in our program receiving extensive services, a few of which include:
- Individualized care and personalized treatment plans
- Addiction and Relapse Prevention Education
- Multiple, weekly, group and individual therapy sessions
- A safe, low traffic, male-free environment with the highest privacy standards
- A family program rebuilding residents/family relationships
- After Care Program

About Us
Soledad House, a collection of ABC Sober Living properties, provide a safe, nurturing and structured recovery program to facilitate mental, emotional, spiritual and physical healing from drug addiction and alcoholism. Our extended care treatment facilities, totaling over 30 beds, are state licensed and court approved, helpful for those with pending DUI’s or other federal or state charges related to drug and alcohol abuse. Although some women come straight from a detox facility, most come from acclaimed rehabs such as the McDonald Center, Betty Ford Center, Hazelden, Promises Malibu, Sierra Tucson, and other prominent treatment centers. Through a 12-Step, faith-based approach, our extended treatment program provides the nurturing and structure needed to develop the coping skills essential for permanent sobriety.
